Today was quite a busy day. We started the morning with an assembly about bats. The 6th grade group presented the state wildlife department with a check for $700 to be used to help support bat habitats. After assembly, the students worked in their weekly news, finished their science assessments, finished the decor for the window competition, and read their responses from their pen-pals. We will work on responses to our Waterbury friends next week.
Beckett shows off the results of the science experiment that he developed himself. Each child came up with their own experiment and then conduct it using the scientific method. |
I hope you have a great weekend.
Peace,
Tom
