Good Morning,
I hope you enjoyed your weekend. I found myself running with 1500 other Santa Clauses through the streets of Burlington. It was a fun 5k race that raised some money for Camp Tukumta.
Today we finished our write up for our last week's guest speaker. We will be Skyping with Senator Leahy next week. The next phase of our unit will look at how people made a difference during the Civil Rights Movement.
In math, the 2nd graders have been focusing on attribute blocks and working on a variety of sorting activities. The 1st graders have been working with the idea of measurement. Today the measured the length of a variety of fish and determined if they met the 7 inch keeper rule.
